Network quarantine

Like break-glass shell access, this is a disclosure-only page, not a self-service action — quarantine is something support applies, never something you trigger or reverse yourself.

Checking whether your Stack is quarantined right now

A banner appears at the top of every page in your Dashboard while your Stack is network-quarantined:

This stack has been network-quarantined — outbound traffic is restricted to the control plane while our team follows up. Your Dashboard stays reachable.

No banner means your Stack isn't quarantined.

What it means, and what it doesn't

• Only outbound network traffic is restricted — your Stack still allows inbound connections, so your Dashboard keeps working normally throughout.
• It never stops your Runs from being admitted or your Threads from working — quarantine is a network-level restriction, not a pause of your Stack itself.
• No reason or threshold is ever shown here (or anywhere else you can see) — only the bare fact that it's happening. If you don't know why your Stack was quarantined, or think it shouldn't have been, that's a conversation with support, not something this banner can tell you.
